摘　　要：长学制医学教育中的课程整合教学改革是医学教学改革中的重要发展方向,医学免疫学是基础医学教育的重要组成部分,其理论抽象的学科特点使得学员不易理解并较难掌握关键知识点。在八年制课程整合教学改革中,尝试将医学免疫学中"免疫病理"与"免疫学应用"以及病理学中"传染病病理"等相关章节进行整合,综合应用课堂讲授、学员讨论和实习以及PBL等教学方法,以免疫学和病理学理论为基础,以临床疾病为导向,系统讲解有关知识点,加深学员的直观印象和知识理解,培养学员的医学逻辑思维,取得了较好的教学效果。Curriculum integration is the main developmental direction of eight-year medical education. Medical immunology is an important course of preclinical medicine characterized by its abstract theory,which is hard for students to understand and grasp the key knowledge. In the teaching practice of eight-year integration curriculum ＂host immune disorders and diseases＂,chapters were combined,of immunological pathology and immunological application in immunology,and ＂infectious disease pathology＂in pathology together. Through lectures,discussion,practice,and PBL,the understanding of immunology and pathology was improved,and the medical logical thinking was cultivated.
