摘　　要：面对当前分子生物学传统实验教学的局限性和虚拟实验教学的迅速发展,湖南中医药大学医学基础实验教学中心构建了分子生物学虚拟实验平台,建立了"线上预习-线下操作-线上考核"的分子生物学实验教学改革模式。文章总结了该虚拟实验教学平台的主要内容、功能模块以及平台特点。合理利用虚拟实验作为辅助教学手段,将推进实验教学信息化建设和实验教学资源开放共享,推动高等学校实验教学改革与创新。Facing the limitations of the traditional experimental teaching in the molecular biology and fast development of virtual experiment teaching,a virtual experiment platform of molecular biology was constructed with the teaching reform mode of＂online previewoffline operation-online assessment＂. This paper summarizes the main content,function module and platform of the virtual experiment teaching platform. The reasonable application of virtual experiment as a supplementary teaching method will promote the use of information technology,resource sharing,and advance the reform and innovation of experimental teaching in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine.
