摘 要:知识增殖是指由一个知识引发出若干个有价值的新知识的现象,是借鉴生物学中细胞增殖概念,为促进课堂知识创新而提出的。知识增殖作为学习过程中创新的最主要表现形式,需要一定的条件支持。这些条件主要包括:适切的知识增殖知识观、恰当的知识增殖价值取向、强烈的知识增殖意识、适宜的知识增殖环境、丰富的知识增殖背景、综合的知识增殖能力、有效的知识增殖评价、适切的增殖目标等。满足了这些条件才可能实现知识增殖。知识增殖会促使学生综合素养的持续提升。Knowledge multiplication is the phenomenon that one kind of knowledge creates several new kinds of valuable knowledge and it is proposed on the basis of the biological conception of cell multiplication to promote knowledge innovation in class. As the main manifestation of innovation in learning process, knowledge multiplication requires certain conditions, including the appropriate concept on knowledge multiplication, the suitable value orientation of knowledge multiplication, the strong awareness of knowledge multiplication, the suitable environment of knowledge multiplication, the rich background of knowledge multiplication, the comprehensive competence of knowledge multiplication, the effective evaluation on knowledge multiplication, and the practical goal of knowledge multiplication. Only when these conditions are satisfied, can knowledge multiplication be realized and then students' comprehensive qualities will be sustainably promoted.
