摘 要:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定蒙药复方森登-4提取液中没食子酸、原儿茶酸含量的方法.色谱系统为:采用Elite-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈(A)-0.3%磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相,柱温27℃,检测波长为270nm,流速为0.7mL/min.本方法可使没食子酸、原儿茶酸有效分离,在检测范围内线性良好,精密度和重复性良好,加样平均回收率分别为100.5%(RSD=1.48%),97.0%(RSD=1.61%).经过方法学验证,该方法可同时、简便、快速、准确的测定蒙药复方森登-4提取液中没食子酸、原儿茶酸的含量.A HPLC method is established for simultaneously determining the contents of gallic acid and protocatechuic acid in Mongolian compound medicine of Sendeng-4. The chromatography were carried out in an mobile phase of acetonitrile (A) and 0.3% phosphoric acid aqueous solution at a flow rate of 0. 7mL / min under the column temperature of 27℃ and the detection wavelength of 270nm using a Elite-C18column (250mm× 4.6mm,5μm). This method allowed the effective sep- aration of gallic acid and protocatechuic acid with a good linearity in the detection range. The accura- cy and repeatability were satisfactory and the average recoveries attained 100. 5% (RSD= 1.46%) and 97.0% (RSD=1. 61%). The verification results revealed that this method can simultaneously, simply,rapidly,and accurately determine the contents of gallic acid and protocatechuic acid in Sen- deng-4.
