康复新液加双料喉风散灌肠联合美沙拉秦缓释颗粒口服对溃疡性结肠炎患者主要症状的影响

摘　　要：目的比较康复新液加双料喉风散灌肠联合美沙拉秦缓释颗粒口服与单纯美沙拉秦缓释颗粒口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的疗效。方法将60例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为试验组和对照组各30例,对照组口服美沙拉秦缓释颗粒,每日4次,每次1 g;治疗组在对照组基础上以双料喉风散2.2 g加入康复新液50 ml及生理盐水150 ml每晚保留灌肠。两组均连续治疗1个月,分别于治疗前及治疗后1、2、3、4周时对患者主要症状腹泻、便脓血、腹痛、里急后重进行评分,并采用重复测量方差分析法进行分析,以症状评分作为因变量,观测时点作为时间因素,组别作为自变量纳入重复测量方差分析模型。结果腹泻、便脓血、腹痛、里急后重观测时点数据均不符合球形假设,给予校正。校正及组间效应方差分析提示,腹泻、便脓血、腹痛、里急后重评分均随观测时间的推移而显著减少,且治疗组症状评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复新液加双料喉风散灌肠联合美沙拉秦缓释颗粒口服与单纯美沙拉秦缓释颗粒口服均可改善溃疡性结肠炎患者主要临床症状,且前者改善效果更佳。Objective Through repetitive measurement experimental design method to compare the curative effect of Kangfu Xinye plus Shuangliao Houfengsan enema combined with mesalazine sustained release granules with simple mesalazine sustained release granules in the treatment of ulcer colitis patients. Methods Sixty patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group,The control group was treated with mesalazine sustained release granules,4 times a day,1 g each time; The treatment group were treated with 2. 2 g Shuangliao Houfengsan added into 50 ml Kangfu Xinye and 150 ml normal saline retention enema every night on the basis of the control group treatment. Two groups were treated continuously for 1 month,the main symptoms of diarrhea,pus and blood,abdominal pain,diarrhea,tenesmus would be scored before treatment and at 1,2,3 and 4 weeks after treatment,and repetitive measure variance analysis was taken. The symptom score was used as the dependent variable,observation time as time factor,and grouping as the independent variable were taken into repetitive measure variance analysis model. Results The results of diarrhea,purulent hematochezia,abdominal pain,tenesmus＇ observation time data were not consistent with the globular hypothesis and were given adjustment. Adjusted and intergroup effect variance show that diarrhea,purulent hematochezia,abdominal pain,tenesmus scores decreased significantly over the observation,and the symptom score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Both Kangfu Xinye plus Shuangliao Houfengsan enema combined with mesalazine sustained release granules and simple mesalazine sustained release granules can improve the clinical symptoms in patients with ulcerative colitis,and the combination therapy may have better improvement effect.
