摘　　要：为了培养符合现代社会需求的创新性人才,分析了化学工程与工艺专业实践教学中的问题,并提出构建多维实践教学体系,多环节强化学生创新能力的培养和工程能力的提高。In order to cultivate the innovative talents meeting the needs of modem society, the problems in the practice teaching of chemical engineering and technology were analyzed. The construction of multi dimensional practice teaching system was put forward and the student＇s innovation ability and their engineering ability were strengthened.
