摘　　要：培养高素质的应用型本科人才是我国现代职业教育的重要任务之一,文章以台湾的岭东科技大学为例,介绍了该校在培养应用型本科人才的一些做法,包括他们的办学定位、学生管理和教学等。这些做法和教育理念为我们今后向应用技术型高校转型提供了可以借鉴和学习的地方。Training of high quality applied undergraduate students is one of the most important missions in our modern vocational education. In the paper, the practice of training of applied undergraduate students of Lingtung University in Taiwan has been introduced, including their localization of running a school, the management of the school students and teaching, etc. The practice and education ideas merit our reference and study in changing to the application-oriented technology education.
