摘　　要：刑事诉讼法修改后出台的一系列配套的司法解释,使我国的地域管辖制度从过去的笼统规定到目前的较为完善。根据地域管辖制度的相关规定,结合实践中的认识和作法,对地域管辖涉及的犯罪地管辖、被告人居住地管辖、竞合管辖、牵连管辖等加以探讨分析,以期对司法实务部门发挥一定的参考作用。A series of supporting judicial interpretation after the introduction of Amending Law of Criminal Procedure improved the geographical jurisdiction system in China. According to the relevant provisions of the geographical jurisdiction system, combining practical knowledge and practices, the paper explored and analyzed the territorial jurisdiction of crime involved, the jurisdiction of defendants＇ residence, the competing jurisdiction and the implicated jurisdiction, in order to play a reference for the departments of judicial reference.
