摘　　要：当代法学教育存在的最大问题就是单一化,即法学教育仅仅是一种学科教育,缺乏职业培训阶段。通过对中国法律人才职业能力与市场需求存在极大偏差这一社会现象的研究,提出构建CBE视域下的法律教育模式,从多个方面论述CBE模式与法律教育模式相结合的优越性;通过对市场需求的调查,确定法律职业能力人才培养规格;通过对法律职业能力的探究与分析,制定培养能力图表;最后,基于我国各高校实际情况,提出了一套CBE视域下的法律教育培养方案。The simplification is the biggest problem of contemporary legal education, that legal education is merely education of a subject, but lack of vocational training phase. Through the study of a great variation between professional competence of Chinese legal talents and market demand, the paper made proposal to build a legal education mode and discussed the advantages of the combination of CBE mode and legal education mode in many ways; through the investigation of market demand, determined the personnel training specifications of the legal professional capabilities; through the inquiry and analysis of legal profession capabilities, made the chart of training the capabilities; and finally, based on the actual situation of China＇s colleges and universities, presented a set of training plan of legal education under the perspective of CBE.
