摘　　要：京都大学是日本著名学府。经法人化改革后,京都大学建立了由理事会、经营协议会、教育研究评议会组成的决策机构,并利用部局长会议的平台上下沟通,通过监事会、教授会等组织的运作和决策者选拔程序的规范化执行,对内部权力进行制约。Kyoto University is a famous university in Japan.After reforming the artificial person,Kyoto University established the decision-making mechanism formed by the council,operating agreement organization,educational research and evaluation department.And the university restricts the internal power through the communication and normalized implement of the department of conference,the board of supervisors,professors council.
