摘 要:目的:探讨适合临床医学专业医学影像学实习的教学模式。方法:将我院2010级临床专业实习学生60人随机分为A、B两组,A组采用PACS系统进行实习教学,B组在PACS系统教学的基础上增加相关临床问题讨论。A、B组分别跟随带教老师实习,实习课安排在理论课之后进行,理论课按系统学习,学期末对学生进行一次理论课及阅片能力考核,并进行一次实习课满意度问卷调查。结果:B组的理论考试及阅片能力测试成绩明显高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示B组对实习教学的满意程度、对影像实习的兴趣均高于A组。结论:在PACS系统教学的基础上结合病例进行分析讨论的实习教学模式对临床专业学生实践能力的提升有很大帮助,是适于临床专业医学影像学的实习教学模式。Objective : to develop a preceptorship model for clinical medicine students in the course of medical imaging. Methods : clinical medicine students enrolled in 2010 were randomly divided into two groups. Group used PACS in their preceptorship. Group B used PACS plus discussion sessions. At the end of the course students took paper and medical images reading tests and answered a questionnaire on their satisfaction with the preceptorship experience. Results : the tests results of group B were significantly better than those of group A (P 〈 0.05). Group B were also more satisfied with their preceptorship. Conclusion: using PACS plus discussion can boost clinical skills. It is ideal approach to teaching medical imaging during clinical preceptorship.
