摘　　要：我国全民阅读运动目前正式步入法制时代。青少年群体是阅读立法环境下的最大受益者,其阅读权利将得到保障、阅读氛围将得到改善、阅读模式将得到拓展。本文提出图书馆应当为青少年开展立体阅读构建并完善立体阅读环境,创新探索立体阅读的形式,打造推广立体阅读的品牌。The campaign of nationwide reading in China has stepped into the age of legislation at present. Teenagers will benefit most from the environment of reading legislation, whose reading rights will be guaranteed, reading atmosphere will be improved and reading model will be expand- ed. This paper thinks libraries should provide the idea of three-dimensional reading for building and improving three-dimensional reading environment, innovating and exploring the form of three-dimensional reading, creating and promoting the brand of three-dimensional reading.
