摘 要:研究云制造模式下企业制造资源的动态优化配置问题。在云制造模式下,企业拥有的众多剩余资源被整合成为云制造服务中心,但由于资源的产权关系,云制造服务平台对资源配置的结果可能与单个资源所有者的决策矛盾。为弱化这种影响,从平台角度提出基于Pareto最优的剩余资源动态优化配置模型,平台通过调整供需双方共享的制造资源的比重,使得整个云服务系统总利润最大化。并采用Pontryagin极大值原理求解模型,得出云制造服务平台上各企业资源优化配置的Pareto最优战略,通过算例进一步的验证该方法的可行性。This paper mainly researches the dynamic allocation of manufacturing resources based on cloud manufacturing.Under the conditions of cloud manufacturing,enterprises have a mass of spare resources,and these spare resources are integrated to become the center of the cloud manufacturing services,but because the property relations of these resources are different,which may make that the result of dynamic allocation of manufacturing resources made by cloud manufacturing service platform contradict the owners' decisions.In order to weaken the effects the property relations of these resources on the result of dynamic allocation of manufacturing resource,we set a model based on Pareto Optimal for the dynamic allocation of the spare resources from the perspective of cloud manufacturing service platform,which maximizes the whole cloud service system's revenue by adjusting the proportion of resources provided by cloud service providers.Because of the co-opetition relationship between enterprises and network externality,every enterprise will obey the centralized management of the cloud manufacturing service platform in order to ensure their own maximum profit.Then using the Pontryagin's maximum principle it gets the Pareto optimal strategy of the allocation of resources under cloud manufacturing service platform.Finally,an example is demonstrated to verify the feasibility of this method.
