摘  要:通风机叶片的三维模型设计主要依赖于Pro/E等CAD/CAM/CAE软件。以矿用局部通风机叶片三维模型设计为例,提出了一种叶片的造型方法:建立叶片7个截面的截面轮廓,创建辅助样条曲线,混合扫描或边界混合形成实体叶片模型。该方法对于扭曲复杂的叶片设计具有一定的参考价值,为后续的风机CFD流体仿真奠定了基础。The design of 3D model of the blade of the mine-used axial fan mainly relies on CAD/CAM/CAE software such as Pro/E. The design of the 3D model of the blade of the mine-used axial fan was taken as the example, and a blade modeling method was proposed. In the method, the profile of seven sections of the blade was established, and assistive spline curve was created, mixed scanning or boundary mixture formed the model of the solid blade. The method was of some reference for the design of twisted and complicated blade, and established foundation for consequent CFD simulation of the fan.
