泌尿系肿瘤患者外周血循环肿瘤细胞表达及临床意义的研究

摘　　要：目的 检测泌尿系肿瘤患者外周血中循环肿瘤细胞（Circulating Tumor Cells,CTCs）及其临床意义。方法 选取2014年6月~2015年2月在中山大学附属肿瘤医院泌尿外科就诊的泌尿系肿瘤患者24例,其中睾丸肿瘤6例,肾透明细胞癌4例,前列腺癌8例,膀胱癌6例,分别采外周静脉血5~8 m L,利用微流体技术进行外周血CTCs检测。结果 在2例睾丸肿瘤外周血中检测到8个CTCs,3例前列腺癌外周血中检测到11个CTCs,2例膀胱癌外周血中检测到5个CTC,1例肾透明细胞癌外周血中检测到1个CTC。结论CTCs在未来可能作为泌尿系肿瘤早期诊断、术后随访及预后预测的无创标志物。Objective Discuss the expression and clinical significance of circulating tumor cells （CTCs） in peripheral blood of patients with urinary system tumor. Methods Drawing peripheral blood 5 ~ 8ml respective from 24 patients with urinary system tumor who treated in the department of Urology in Sun Yat - Sen University Cancer Center from June 2014 to February 2015. Using microfluidic technology to detect the CTCs in peripheral blood. Resuits 8 CTCs were detected in peripheral blood of 2 patients with testicular tumor. 11 CTCs were detected in peripheral blood of 3 patients with prostate cancer. 5 CTCs was detected in peripheral blood of 1 patient with bladder cancer. 1 CTC was detected in peripheral blood of 1 patient with clear cell renal cell cancer（ccRCC）. Conclusions CTCs may used as a noninvasive marker in early diagnosis, postoperative surveillance and prognostic prediction of patients with urinary system tumor in future.
