摘　　要：社会经济的快速发展对人才培养提出了新的要求。通过结合沈阳工程学院能源化学工程专业的办学实际,从专业发展方向及培养目标定位、人才培养体系、教学管理和质量保障、教学改革等方面论述了专业人才培养模式及其实践效果。The rapid development of social economy puts forward new requirements for personnel training.Based on the teaching practice of the Energy Chemical Engineering in SIE,the study discusses the cultivating modes of specialty construction and practice effect from the aspects of the professional development,location of cultivation aim,personnel training system,teaching management,quality assurance and teaching reform and so on.
