摘　　要：介绍了半空心型材的概念,阐述了碰穿式和遮盖式模具结构的特点。通过实例介绍了一种吊挂式挤压模设计,分析了该结构的优点、适用性和设计要点。模具设计成开式结构,便于加工和维修,可在同行中推广应用。The concept of semi-hollow profile was presented, and the characteristics of two kinds of dies that penetrating type and covering type were expounded. The design of a ex- trusion die with a suspended cantilever was described through the practical examples, and its advantages, applicability and key points were analyzed. Its structure was opened type, which was easy to process and maintain.
