摘　　要：从资源投入能力、综合服务能力、孵化产出能力和运营效益4个方面构建了"链条式发展模式"下孵化器运营能力评价指标体系。在考虑评价指标间关联性的基础上,综合运用ANP法、熵值法和离差最大化法,建立了基于组合赋权法的评价模型。以大连市金州区的3家孵化器为例,运用提出的评价模型和评价指标对其运营能力进行评价。This paper constructs the evaluation index system for incubator＇s operation ability including four aspects,namely resource investment ability,comprehensive service ability,incubating output ability and economic benefit.Then considering the correlation among the indexes,it establishes the evaluation model based on the combination weight method in which ANP method,entropy method and maximizing deviations method are used.Finally,it evaluates 3incubators in Jinzhou district of Dalian by the above evaluation index system and evaluation model.
