摘　　要：坚持以科学学习观指导高校马克思主义理论教育创新,旨在解决高校青年学生马克思主义理论学习"以什么样的学习观为指导"、"为什么要坚持以科学学习观为指导"、"如何坚持以科学学习观为指导"的问题。基于笔者多年从事思想政治理论课教学和科研工作的经验,只有通过马克思主义理论的课题申报、研究报告、论文发表、专著出版、政府奖励、基地建设、课堂教学等系列环节,才能真正体现科学学习观视野下高校马克思主义理论教育创新的科学化水平。In order to solve the following question that the youth in colleges and universities learn the Marxism theory ＂with what kind of learning concept＂, ＂why does the scientific learning con- cept should be persisted＂, and ＂ how to persist the scientific learning concept＂, the scientific learning concept should instruct the Marxism theory education in Colleges and Universities. Based on the experience that the author engaged in the ideological and political theory teaching and research work for many years, the author think that the following series work such as apply for the Marxism theory study project, publish the research report and paper as well as mono- graph, the government encourage and reward, construct the study base, pay attention to the classroom teaching etc, is the only way that can truly reflect the scientific level of the Marxism theory education innovation in the college and universities on the view of the scientific learning Concept.
