摘　　要：本文从职业教育集团现状分析着手,剖析职业教育集团化办学中存在的问题,并以湖北省国防科技工业职业教育集团为例,从职业教育集团的治理结构和发展模式实践中给出相关建议。This essay analyzes the current situation and the problems existing in the schoolrunning process of professional education group, puts forward some proposals to improve the governance structure and development model of it by taking Hubei Vocational Education Group of National Defense and Technology Industry for instance.
