摘 要:综合实践活动作为新课程设置的必修课,已经在学校实施十几年了,但在实施过程中仍存在着课程开设达不到国家规定的要求、课程资源满足不了课程实施需求、教师素质达不到课程实施的要求等问题,这些问题仅依靠单个学校来解决难度大、动力不足、缺乏支持的环境,需要地方教育行政部门和业务部门通力合作,采取行政驱动、专业引领和资源统筹的课程区域推进策略妥善解决上述问题,促进综合实践活动课程在区域内的常态实施和有效实施。Comprehensive-practical-activity course has been implemented over 10 years as one of the compulsory courses in the new round curriculum reform of basic education. The survey shows that there are still several problems in the course implementation, including offering irregularly, insufficient course resources, unsatisfied teachers' qualification and so on. To solve the problems above will be very difficult, powerless and supportless if only by a single school. Therefore, it is necessary to cooperate between local educational administrative departments and operating departments, as well as take a regional promotion strategy with administrative driving, professional leading and resources integrating. It would be beneficial to normal and effective implementation of comprehensive-practical-activity course in regions.
