摘 要:通过对中职学校旅游服务与管理专业学生职业认同感的调查与统计分析(巢式多元方差分析),认为学校类型和学生实习企业类型对学生职业认同感发展影响不大,但参加过与没参加过技能大赛(或社会实践)学生之间对职业认同感发展有极为显著的差异;且不管是市内学校还是县区学校,参加过与没参加过技能大赛(或社会实践)学生之间对职业认同感发展均有显著的差异。因此,中职学校的教育教学要加强技能训练,营造技能比赛氛围,支持和帮助学生参与社会实践活动,促使其加深对职业的认识和专业的理解,感受职业情境,积累"工作"直接经验和间接经验,提高综合职业能力,发展职业认同感。Based on professional investigation and statistical analysis(nested MANOVA)the students' professional identity in secondary vocational school of tourism services and management majors,this article put forward that school type and student internship enterprise of professional identity development impact is not big.But on professional identity development between the students attended and non-attended skills contest(or participated in and not participated in social practice)have extremely significant difference.Professional identity development between the students attended and non-attended skills contest(or participated in and not participated in social practice)have extremely significant difference both in urban and rural schools.Therefore,the secondary vocational school education should strengthen skills training,build skills competition atmosphere and support and help the students to participate in social practice activities,to deepen the understanding of professional knowledge,to feel the professional situation,and to get"work"direct experience and indirect experience so as to improve the comprehensive professional ability and the development of vocational identity.
