摘 要:目的:建立小儿腹泻散中鞣质的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Inert Sustain C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),检测波长271nm,流速:1.0m L·min-1,柱温40℃,流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(6∶94)。结果:没食子酸在1.55-62μg·m L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.24%,RSD=0.64%。小儿腹泻散中鞣质的含量为81.2mg·g-1,RSD=0.56%。结论:该方法操作简单、准确,可用于小儿腹泻散中鞣质的含量测定及质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of tannin in infantile diarrhea powder. Methods the HPLC separation was performed on a Inert Sustain C18 column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) in gradient elute mode with a mixture consisting of methol and 0.1mL·L^-1 phosphate acid solution at 40℃, the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1, the detection wave length was set at 271nm. Results There were established a good linear relation between 1.55-62.0μg·mL^-1 of gallic acid,r=0.9999, the average recovery was 99.24%, RSD was 0.64%. the content of tannin in infantile diarrhea powder was 81.2mg·g^-1,RSD was 0.56%. Conclusions This method is simple and accurate, which can be used to detemina- tion of contents and quality control of the infantile diarrhea powder.
