摘  要:通过对EBZ-160掘进机内喷雾系统结构和存在问题的分析,提出了改进措施:将水路系统改在悬臂段外侧,安装了固定轴套和旋转轴套,避免了静压水进入悬臂段内的问题。另外,为了提高密封件使用寿命,要增大摩擦面的硬度和光洁度,装配时要确保轴套轴向间距和旋转密封件的同心度。通过对内喷雾系统水路结构优化改造,不仅确保了喷雾效果,而且解决了电机进水问题,降低了截齿温度,改善了工作环境。改造后,轴套温度能够保持在40℃上下,悬臂段漏水现象得到缓解,没有出现喷嘴堵塞故障,整体使用效果非常好。The faults of spraying system in tunneling machine will influence the economic benefit and bring hidden danger. By analysis of the in-- build spray system structure and existing problems, the paper presents the im- provement measures--changing the water--flow system in the outer side of the boom,installing fixed and rota- ting axle sleeves to avoid hydrostatic--pressure water intrusion into boom, increasing the rigidity and smoothness of friction surface by guaranteeing the axial spacing of axle sleeves and the concentricity of rotary sealing parts to improve the service life of sealing parts--which not only avoid water intrusion into motor but also keep the tern- perature of axle sleeves at about 40℃, by reducing the pick temperature and improve the working face environ ment with good spraying effect and no water leakage in boom and blockage in nozzle.
