摘 要:随着信息化智能化手段的普及,交通行业形成了多样化的公路交通情况调查信息来源,交通情况调查工作迫切需要进一步研究解决多种数据来源融合问题。本研究首次提出了分层次的公路交通情况调查统计的指标体系,建立了公路交通情况调查统计指标与需求的关系矩阵;分析了高速公路收费数据、实时监控数据、RFID技术采集数据、"两客一危"卫星定位数据、治超信息系统数据和手机信息数据等6类数据的现状;在此基础上,构建了面向统计指标的,以常设站点与多源信息相融合的多样化、分层次、综合性的交通情况调查方法,设计了基于多源数据的公路交通情况调查统计框架;提出了下阶段公路交通情况调查体系建设的初步思路。研究成果可进一步提高公路交通情况调查信息采集与处理水平,有效扩展交通情况调查信息来源,为下阶段公路交通情况调查工作开展提供理论依据。With the application of intelligent transportation information acquisition technology, diversified highway traffic situation information resource channels have been formed in the transport sector, and the problem of integration of multiple data sources have to be solved for highway traffic investigation. A leveled indicator system of highway traffic investigation is established for the first time in the paper, and the relationship matrix between traffic investigation statistical indicators and demand is established, Six category data situations are analyzed which are highway toll data, real time monitoring data, RFID technology to collect data, GPS satellite positioning data, overload system data and mobile phone data etc. On the basis, a new highway traffic survey method is formed based on permanent sites and multi-source information. Statistical framework is designed based on multi-source data, and preliminary ideas for the next stage of the highway traffic survey are put forward. The research results can be used to improve road inter-modulation level information gathering and processing, extended inter-modulation sources of information, and provide a theoretical basis for the next phase of the work.
