摘　　要：在高校学生工作满意度调查实证研究的基础上,探索将"学生满意度"这个"时代语言",应用于高校学生工作绩效指标体系建设中,以期改善、提高学生工作成效,达到提高人才培养质量的目的。Based on empirical research about the satisfaction survey of college students work, explore to apply students satisfaction-language of the times-to the Performance Indicator System of College Students Work. To try to improve and enhance the effectiveness of college students work, achieve the purpose of improving the quality of talent training.
