摘　　要：对职业成熟度的研究有助于针对性的开展职业指导工作。本文从职业成熟度的概念、职业成熟度的测量工具以及职业成熟度的影响因素等三个方面对职业成熟度的研究分别进行了阐述与分析,希望能有效的为就业指导有所帮助。The research on career maturity can be helpful for carrying out the vocational guidance work. From the concept of career maturity,this paper described and analyzed the measuring tools of career maturity as well as the influence factors of vocational maturity with a hope to effectively help for employment guidance.
