摘 要:对双燃料发动机在不同掺烧控制系数下的燃烧变动进行了试验研究。在中等负荷和大负荷下分别调整不同掺烧控制系数改变燃烧特性,对燃料发动机的缸压进行了测量,对比分析了双燃料与纯柴油模式下最大缸压值、Im Epn、燃烧起始角及燃烧持续期、放热率等燃烧性能循环变动的影响。测试数据的分析表明,中等负荷时需要优化选择掺烧的天然气量,以保证发动机性能的稳定;大负荷时可选择较大天然气掺烧量以提高燃油经济性。The paper experimentally studied tile combustion cyclic variations of a diesel /CNG dual-fuel engine with diflbrent blending control coeftlcients. Under the medium-loading and high loading conditions, diitbrent blending control coelticients were respectively adjusted to change the combustion characteristics of the fhel engine. Meanwhile, the cylinder pressure was measured in dual-fuel mode and in pure diesel mode to analyze the influence of the combustion cyclic variations, including tire maximum cylinder pressure, IMEPn, the combustion starting angle, tire duration of combustion and tire heat release rate etc. Test results show that for medium-loading conditions, the amount of blended natural gas needs to be optimized in order to ensure the stability of engine performance; and for high loading conditions, a larger amount of gas mixture can be used to improve fuel economy.
