摘　　要：服务上海科技创新中心建设的总体大目标11月20日,上海股权托管交易中心（下称＂上海股权交易中心＂）设立科技创新企业股份转让系统（下称＂科创板＂）获批,并对外发布了业务规则,预计于12月底正式开板。作为上海建设多层次资本市场、支持创新型科技企业的重要环节,一直被业界称为＂四新板＂的科创板终于在千呼万唤中初露端倪。服务科创中小微企业《中国经济周刊》记者从上海金融办官网获悉，“科创板”主要针对的是尚未进入成熟期但具有较好的成长潜力，且满足有关规范性及具有较为显著的“四新”经济特征的科技型、创新型中小微企业。On November 23rd, China Economic Weekly, under the name of People's Daily, came up with 'Authorized Publishing Platform Of Global Sci-tech Innovation' at er cooperated with Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park Development CO., LTD. h is platform now oi cially starts to operate. It is also the i rst authorized information publishing platform under the theme of Technology Innovation. It will mainly focus on enterprises' practical innovation experiences within Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park. h ey aim to grasp Shanghai's historical progress while building the global technology innovation center, and to serve China revolving to a new nation model with powerful public voices support and information services.
