摘　　要：介绍了高固体含量涂料的应用背景,进行了高固体含量涂料的各种匹配性试验验证以及实际数据分析比较,结果显示高固体含量涂料在传统的3C2B汽车涂装生产线上的改造与应用是切实可行的,同时其具有施工窗口宽泛、显著降低VOC排量以及改造费用低、周期短的特点。The application background of coating with high solid matching test validation as well as practical data analysis were content was introduced and various conducted. Results showed that the reformation and application of coating with high solid content on 3C2B automotive coating production line were feasible and achievable. Meanwhile, the construction window of coating with high solid content was wide, exhibiting low VOC discharge and reforming cost as well as short processing cycle.
