摘　　要：全球化正从外部环境变成大学的内隐结构。按照由表及里、缘果溯因的逻辑,按照实体-虚拟、全球性-多元性两个基本维度展开理论想象,未来大学将高度分化、高度多元、高度异质,同时也存在精神性、知识性、人本性、虚拟化等共性。未来大学的管理基础是共治,治理结构因其类型的不同而各别。未来大学以社会多元投资为主,学生既是大学资源的供给者、消费者,也是大学的主办者、维持者。未来大学发展对今日大学的启示是:高等教育全球化是历史发展的必然;满足人的需要是大学赢得未来的关键;信息化是大学进入未来的名片;共治是未来大学的基本价值取向。Globalization has become the implicit structure of the university instead of the outside environment. According to the logic from the surface to the inner and from the con- sequences to the causes, the two basic dimensions of reality-virtual and globalization-diversi- ty were used to develop theoretical imagination. Then, the future university would be highly differentiation, diversification and heterogeneous. At the same time, there would show some general characteristics, such as spirituality, knowledge, humanity, virtualization, and so on. The management foundation of the future university would be co-governance, in which the governance structure would be different due to different types. The future university would mainly depend on social multivariate investment, while the student would be both the provider and the consumer, and both the organizer and the sustainer. For the university today, there＇re such enlightenments of the future university as follows： globalization of higher education is necessity of history; for the university, to meet human needs is the key to win the future; informatization is the business card to enter the future; governance is the basic value in the future.
