摘　　要：大学创新力的产生需凭借一定的机制,科学的运行机制是大学创新力培育的根本保证。从应然角度看,课程体系、文化氛围、评价指标体系是大学创新力发生与发展的基础。大学创新力培育机制,包涵两个层面:一是大学内部创新的运行方式,二是由大学主导的外部协同创新的运行方式。其中,体制创新、文化创新、协同创新和学术自由是其四大核心要素。The formation of university creativity requires a certain mechanism. Scientific operation mechanism is the fundamental guarantee of cultivating university creativity. From the perspective of natural point, curriculum system, cultural atmosphere and evaluation index system are the foundation of university creativity. The cultivation mechanism of university creativity consists of two levels, i.e. the operation mode of inner university creativity, and the outer collaborative innovation. System innovation, culture innovation, collaborative innovation and academic freedom are the four core elements of university creativity.
