我国高等教育资源配置与培植——基于计划体制与市场体制的比较

摘　　要：计划经济体制和市场经济体制是两种不同的资源配置方式。在这两种资源配置方式条件下,高等教育资源在高等教育系统内部的配置和培植也各不相同,从而对高等教育发展产生不同的影响,出现不同的发展局面。比较计划经济体制和市场经济体制这两种不同的高等教育资源配置和培植方式,探寻它们与高等教育内在发展逻辑之间的互动关系,对深入理解我国高等教育发展道路和建设更高水平高等教育体系,具有重要意义。Planned economy system and market economy system are two types of different means of allocation of resources. Al- location and cuhivation of higher education resources within the higher education system are also different under these two types of means of allocatiou of resources, and thus they have different impacts on the development of higher education and present the different developme.t situations. It will, by comparing these two types of different means of allocation and cultiva- tion of higher education resou,＇ees in planned economy system and market economy system as well as exploring the interactive relationship between them and the intrinsic development logic of higher education, be of important significance to filrther un- derstand the development path of higher education and construct a higher level of higher education system.
