摘  要:以新疆夏子街地区日月雷提纯膨润土为原料,考察了NaNO3含量、2种季铵盐对其改性的影响以及有机膨润土黏度的影响因素,并借助XRD和SEM表征了产物的基本结构.结果表明:当硝酸钠质量分数为2%,HTMAC为1.6mmol/g,STAC为1.4mmol/g、浆液的pH为9、反应温度60℃、反应1.5h、烘干14h时,工艺最优,制备的有机膨润土黏度较大.结构分析表明:2种有机土的d(001)值分别从提纯土的1.387 2nm增大到1.961 7nm和2.423 8nm,说明有机季铵盐阳离子已进入膨润土的蒙脱石层间.Purification of bentonite from RiYueLeimine of Xiazijie in Xinjiang, was modified to Na- bentonite by NaNO3, and then to synthesize organobentonite using two quaternary ammonium salts. The factors for viscosity of organobentonite were investgated. The structures and properties of organobentonite were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the opti- mum conditions were that the concentration of NaNO3 was 2 %, hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride and octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride were 1.6 mmol/g and 1.4 mmol/g, serous pH 9, reaction tempera- ture 60 ℃ ,and reaction time 1.5 h,drying time 14 h,respectively. Under the above conditions the process was more reasonable and the quality of organobentonite was more excellent. Two organobentonites' d(001) have increased from 1. 387 2 nm to 1. 961 7 and 2. 423 8 nm,indicating that the organic quaternary ammoni- um cation had intercalated into the layers of montmorillonite.
