摘 要:目的优化三棱抗氧化有效成分提取工艺。方法以三棱提取物对1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基(DPPH)清除率为响应值,以乙醇体积分数、提取时间、液料比为考察因素,采用响应面分析法优化三棱的提取工艺。结果响应面分析法得出三棱抗氧化有效成分的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数为72%,液料比为20∶1(m L∶g),提取时间为1 h,提取2次。在此条件下三棱清除率为57.28%,与理论值56.59%基本相符。结论通过响应面分析法优化三棱抗氧化物质提取工艺条件简单可行,可用于三棱中抗氧化有效成分的提取。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Rhizoma Sparganii antioxidant components was optimized by using Rhizoma Sparganii as raw materials. Methods Rhizoma Sparganii extractive on DPPH scavenging rate as response value,response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process by using volume fraction of ethanol,extraction time,liquid-solid ratio as factors. Results The optimum conditions were as follows: the volume fraction ethanol 72%,liquid-solid ratio 20 ∶ 1( m L ∶ g),extraction duration 1 h and extracting times twice. The Rhizoma Sparganii clearance rate was 57. 28%,which was roughly in line with the theoretical value of 56.59%. Conclusion It is simple and feasible to optimize the extraction of active ingredients of Rhizoma Sparganii antioxidant by using the response surface methodology,which can be used to extract the active ingredients of Rhizoma Sparganii antioxidant.
