成人教育学研究热点转化与发展方向预测——基于《成人教育学刊》2009-2014年全文收录文献

摘　　要：《成人教育学刊》是传播成人教育方针、政策及研究成果的重要二次文献,依据其2009-2014年全文收录的文献数据分析显示:虽然《成人教育学刊》的来源刊半数源自电大系统,但优秀学者主要集中于普通高校;一批活跃学者已经产生,且一些院校出现了自发形成的研究小组;优秀学者中,高级职称学者、高学历学者的研究水平突出;博士在读研究生与硕士在读研究生的撰文,在学刊编辑部的关注度没有显著差别。就研究热点而言,新生代农民工教育培训是近年成人教育研究的重点;电大系统高校是倡导成人学习、开展终身教育的主体,移动学习模式的应用将首先在电大开放教育中实现;有关老年教育的文献较少;"教育培训"和创建"学习型城市"将是未来一段时期成人教育研究的主线。而就发展方向预测来看,成人教育学处于上升趋势的发展方向有5个:继续教育、终身教育、开放教育、远程教育和人才学;处于下降趋势的发展方向有3个:成人教育、教师教育、农村成人教育;处于不稳定状态的发展方向为职业技术教育;处于停滞状态的发展方向为国际启示作用。Data from the Journal of Adult Education, a significant secondary literature aimed at disseminatingprinciples, policies and research achievements of adult education, reveal that： although half of contributions to the Journalof Adult Education are from scholars of RTVU, general universities hold a relatively larger proportion of high-caliberscholars. A batch of active scholars as well as research groups formed spontaneously, have come onto the stage. Among theexcellent scholars, those with senior professional titles and higher degrees have prominent research skills. Betweendissertations of doctoral candidates and those of postgraduates, there＇s only a small gap, as far as the attention gained fromjournals＇ editorial department is concerned. In recent years, the study of Adult Education has focused on educationaltraining of the newly emerging migrant workers from rural areas in terms of research hotspots. In addition, since RTVU isthe major part to promote adult education and lifetime education, the learning mode with the help of multiple media is tobe first realized in the open education of RTVUs. And a relatively few literature related to education for senior citizens arefound. ＂Educational training＂ and creating a ＂learning-oriented city＂ will be the mainstream of adult education researchin the near future. In the prospect of Andragogy, five branches presenting a rising tendency： Continuing Education,Lifetime Education, Open Education, Distance Education and Talent Studies; three branches are declining： AdultEducation, Teacher Education and Adult Education in the countryside; one branch has unstable developmental line：Vocational and Technical Education; one branch at a standstill in development： International Enlightenment.
