摘　　要：构建大学生的"零缺陷"理念,从而有效地培养其科学素养和职业能力。可通过树立教职员工的"零缺陷"教育意识、开展主题校园文化活动、推行全方位教育系统等途径进行,以此促进学生全面发展,培养富有竞争力的各类人才,实现教育理念与方法途径的创新。＂Zero Defects＂ is a kind of modern quality management concept. It is of great significance to improve college student＇s scientific literacy and professional ability by using this concept to cultivate student＇s ＂zero defects＂ quality. It can be carried out by setting up the staff awareness of ＂zero defects＂education, developing theme campus cultural activities, pushing comprehensive systemic education and so on. We take all these measures in order to promote the students ＇ all-round development, cultivate competitive talents and achieve the innovation of educational concepts and approaches.
