摘 要:阐述了新型混合励磁双凸极电机的结构原理,采用等效磁网络模型来计算其电磁性能。计算了电机不同部分的磁导,考虑到非线性和饱和的影响,引入气隙和定子极修正系数。计算了不同励磁电流和不同相电枢绕组的磁链和相电势。有限元分析和实验结果均验证了所建立磁网络模型的正确性,表明该非线性磁网络模型可以为该新型混合励磁双凸极电机的静态特性分析和快速初步设计提供有效依据。A novel hybrid excitation doubly salient machine (HEDSM) was introduced. A nonlinear equivalent mag- netic network (NEMN) model of the proposed HEDSM was developed to predict the electromagnetic performance. Taken nonlinear magnetization and local saturation in the poles into account, the permeanees of different sections were investigated, and simple permeance correction factor of pole saturation was presented. Phase flux linkage and back-electromotive force (back-EMF) waveform at bidirectional field currents and different rotor positions were predicted. Results from NEMN model were validated by the finite-element analysis and experimental ones, which indicates the NEMN model is an accurate way to analyze the static characteristic of the new HEDSM. It provides a new solution scheme for the preliminary design of the proposed machine.
