新医改背景下构建和谐医患关系的思考

摘　　要：和谐的医患关系是新时期构建和谐社会主义的基本要求,也是医院生存和发展的重要条件。而随着新一轮医药卫生体制改革的不断深入推进,我国当前医患关系却呈现日趋紧张的状态。医患矛盾日益突出,阻碍了医药卫生事业的可持续发展。因此,正确处理好医患关系,解决医患问题迫在眉睫。本文就新医改背景下医患关系紧张的现状和原因进行分析,并从强化政府职能、提高医疗质量、加强医患沟通、推进依法维权、规范社会舆论等方面针对性地提出解决问题的思路和对策,为构建社会主义和谐医患关系提供合理化建议。Harmonious relationship between doctors and patients is the basic requirement of building a harmonious socialism in the new period, and also the important condition for the survival and development of hospitals. With a new round of reform of the medical and health system of the continuous deepening of reform, the relationship between doctors and patients is showing a growing tension state, doctor-patient conflicts have become increasingly prominent, seriously hinder the sustainable development of medical and public health undertakings. Therefore, correctly handle the relationship between doctors and patients is imminent. In this paper, through the analysis of the background of the new medical reform under tension in the relationship between doctors and patients and the reasons for the status quo, from strengthen government functions, improve medical quality and strengthen the communication between doctors and patients, promote rights in accordance with the law, regulate the social public opinion to put forward the ideas and measures to solve the problem, for the construction of a socialist harmonious relationship between doctors and patients provide reasonable suggestions.
