天津市大学生创业环境评价模型的构建与实测

摘　　要：旨在得到天津市大学生创业环境评价模型.借鉴创业环境的相关文献,结合专家讨论,得到大学生创业环境评价的七个因子,据此设计调查问卷.然后运用spss18.0和amos17.0对调查问卷进行因子分析,修正后得到大学生创业环境的五个因子:1)商务环境,2)政府政策,3)政府施政,4)创业教育培训,5)创业氛围,并构建天津市大学生创业环境评价模型.再利用评价模型对天津市整体创业情况进行评价,得出天津创业环境处于"不满意"状态,五个影响因子的排序分别是:5)1)2)4)3).The undergraduates＇ entrepreneurial environment evaluation model from Tian- jin city was constructed in this paper. We got 7 factors to evaluate the undergraduates＇ entrepreneurial environment and then designed the questionnaire with reference to relevant literature on entrepreneurial environment and the experts discussion. Factor analysis was conducted on the questionnaire by spssl8.0 and amos 17.0. 5 factors on the undergraduates＇ entrepreneurial environment were obtained, which were 1）business environment, 2）government policy, 3）government efficiency, 4）entrepreneurship education and training, 5）entrepreneurial atmosphere. The model was constructed. Finally the overall situation of Tianjin City en- trepreneurship was evaluated ＂unsatisfied＂ by the model. 5 factors were sorted： 5）1）2）4）3）.
