摘　　要："国培计划"是把农村教师送回学校进行"回炉"深造的一种培训形式,随着湖北省农村骨干教师培训子项目的实施,文章通过对长江大学体育培训班32名学员就培训情况进行调查,对教师培训中存在的问题进行解析,以期更加有效地把握教师培训的质量。National training program is a form of training that send rural teachers back to school for further study, with the subprojects implementation of training rural teachers of Hubei Province. The paper analyzes the existing problem on teacher training based on the situation of investigating 32 students of Yangtze University in order to seize the quality of teacher training more effectively.
