摘　　要：氨基水杨酸类药物是治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎的主要药物,要根据病变部位和严重程度正确选择合适的剂型及剂量。对中重度患者要把握氨基水杨酸类药物、糖皮质激素及生物制剂转换治疗的时机。对采用上述正规治疗无效的患者,干细胞治疗、粪菌移植、选择性白细胞吸附疗法可以作为临床研究试用。Amino acid type drugs are the main drugs for treating mild to moderate ulcerative colitis . It is very important to choose the appropriate dosage and dosage according to the location and severity of the lesion and to grasp the opportunity to treat moderate and severe patients with the conversion of amino acid , corticosteroids and biological therapy .For patients treated with the above normal treatment ,stem cell therapy , fecal bacteria transplantation ,white blood cell elution therapy can be used as a clinical trial .
