摘  要:在当前教育改革和社会对人才需求的快速发展下,如何培养具有创新精神和实践能力的大学生,成为高校本科生教学改革面临的机遇和挑战。而推行本科科研导师制便是一项极为有意义的实用的人才培养制度。文章分析了当前推行科研导师制的必要性,以及科研导师制的作用与指导思想,并提出了本科生导师制实施要点,最后对高校推行科研导师制的前景进行了展望。That how to cultivate undergraduates' practice and innovation ability has been the opportunity and challenge of undergraduate education, along with the quick development of education reformation and talent requirement. The academic-tutorial system has been regarded as a significance and meaning system for talent cultivation. According to the study and practice for the reformation of undergraduate education, the necessity, role and guiding ideology of the academic-tutorial system are brought forward. Simultaneously, some key measures are pointed out for the performance of the academic-tutorial system. Finally, the prospect of the academic-tutorial system is discussed.
