摘　　要：针对火车车轮制造行业喷砂工艺的现状,以CRH380BL动车组车轮为研究对象,提出应用于火车车轮喷砂机的自动夹持车轮的构想,设计一种可靠实用的车轮夹持器,确定夹持器的主要尺寸和受力情况,计算其主要的力学参数,实现车轮装卸的自动化。In view of the present situation of the manufacturing industry of train wheel manufacturing industry, the paper presents the idea of the automatic clamping wheel of the train wheel, which is applied to the train wheel of the CRH380BL. We design a reliable and practical wheel gripper, determine the main dimensions of the holder and stress distribution, calculate the main mechanical parameters and automate the wheel loading and unloading.
