摘　　要：运用文献资料法、访谈法,从专业人才培养目标、课程设置、师资队伍等方面分析了WTA武汉赛对"国际网球赛事运营与管理"专业建设的影响。针对该专业学生放不下身段从事基层工作、专业教材缺乏以及专业方向拓宽后师资队伍不足等问题提出了相应的建议,力促该专业快速发展。By using the methods of documentation and interview, this article analyzes the effect of WTA（ Women＇s Tennis Association） Wuhan tournament on specialty construction of international tennis tournament operation and management from the aspects of talent cultivation aim, curriculum setting, teachers team, etc. Aiming at the problems that students will not be engaged sional direction broadens, this article the specialty. in grass - roots work, professional materials lack, teachers lack after profes- puts forward the corresponding suggestions to promote rapid development of the specialty.
