摘  要:镍钛合金根管器械因其具有超弹性及形状记忆能力已在根管预备中广泛应用,但因镍离子释放致癌及易发生器械分离、易腐蚀等缺点,近年来表面改性已成为临床研究热点。表面改性可使材料表面形成生物活性薄膜,有效抑制镍离子析出,增强其抗腐蚀性,改善其生物相容性。表面改性方法包括机械去除法、表面氧化法及表面涂层技术等。本文对镍钛合金根管器械表面改性方法及改性后对其性能的影响进行综述。Nickel-titanium instrument has been widely applied in root canal preparation due to its super elasticity and shape memory function. In recent years, surface treatment has become a hot clinical research because the release of nickel ion and instrument separation inhibit the further development of nickel-titanium alloy. Surface modification can result in the formation of bioactive film and inhibit the precipitation of nickel ion. In addition, surface modification can also enhance its corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. The methods of surface of modification include mechanical removal, surface oxidation and surface coatings, etc. The research advance of surface modification is reviewed in this article.
