雏鸡沙门氏菌的分离、鉴定以及药敏试验

摘　　要：采集江苏省海安县曲塘镇3例疑似鸡白痢死亡的雏鸡肝脏、脾脏,通过划线接种麦康凯平板,分离到3株疑似沙门氏菌;通过细菌形态学鉴定、生化试验、动物回归试验确定为沙门氏菌。利用纸片法进行药敏试验,结果该菌对头孢噻呋、壮观霉素、甲砜霉素、阿米卡星高敏,对卡那霉素、庆大霉素、新霉素中敏,对恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、氟哌酸、链霉素低敏或不敏。3 bacteria isolates were obtained from deceased poultry from three hennery in Haian, Jiangsu Province. The 3 isolates were characterized to be Salmonella by Gram dyeing, morphological identifying, culture characterizing, bio-chemical testing and animal testing. 12 kinds of antibiotics were tested and all the isolates were high sensitive to Ceftiofur, Spectinomycin, Thiamphenicol and Amikacin, and moderate sensitive to Kanamycin, Gentamycin and Neomycin, while low sensitive or resistant to the other 4 antibiotics.
