“信息伦理”与“信息道德”辨析

摘　　要：在介绍"伦理"与"道德"两个概念的基础上,对"信息伦理"与"信息道德"的概念、性质、使用等进行了辨析,指出"信息伦理"与"信息道德"在概念、核心要义(词根或来源)、评价对象(使用)等方面的不同,以纠正其使用混乱、界限不清的现状,为其以后的规范使用提供参考。Based on introducing the two concepts of ethics and morality, this paper analyzes the concepts, natures and uses of information ethics and information morality, and points out the differences between information ethics and information morality in aspects of the concept,core essence（the root or origin）,evaluation object（use）and so on in order to correct the confused uses and indistinct boundaries of information ethics and information morality and to provide a reference for the normative use of information ethics and information morality in the future.
