疾病归经在中医骨伤科临床用药中的思考

摘　　要：归经理论是中药的基础理论之一,是从临床实践中总结出来的,它能更好地指导临床用药;疾病归经虽未在典籍中专门论述,但其思想却贯穿于中医药学,在《素问》病机19条中已初见端倪;疾病归经思想在《医宗金鉴》体现为"凡跌打损伤、坠堕,……不分何经,皆以肝为主",经统计《中医伤科学》中的用药也主要归肝经。结合中医骨伤用药着重祛瘀和血、补肝益肾的特点以及"肝肾同源"、"肝主筋,肾主骨"等理论,在临床遣方用药时依据"整体观念、辨证论治"的指导,应以肝肾二经为主。Meridian theory is one of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine ,which is summed up from clinical practice, and can guide clinical treatment effectively. Although Meridian disease theory maynot specifically addressed in the classic chinese medicine book,but the idea of which has run through Traditional Chinese Medicine,like ＂ Pathogenesis NO. 19, SuWen＂ from which we have seen it for the first time. Again the ideal from Yi Zong Jin Jian＂ have been presented in the way like ＂ whenever Bruises, falling no matter which Meridian it belongs to, it all mainly comes to the liver Meridian＂ ,We have statistics medication of ＂ Chinese hurt science＂, most of which are mainly owned by the liver Meridian. Combining the characteristic that the medication of Orthopedics focuses ＂QuYu and Xue＂ and health liver benifits kidney, along with the theories of ＂kidney and liver is homologous ＂liver＂ liver is for JIN kidney is for bone＂ , when it comes to the clinic application of prescription and drug usage, basing on the guiding of the idea ＂ the whole concept of diagnosis and treatment＂, liver and kidney Meridian is the mainly ones we should take into consideration.
