氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗伴有腹痛的功能性胃肠病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：研究并分析氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片（黛力新）应用于腹痛症状明显的功能性胃肠病（FGIDs）的治疗效果。方法82例伴有腹痛的 FGIDs 患者，按照随机原则分成 A 组（n ＝40）和 B 组（n ＝42）， A 组实施常规治疗模式，B 组在 A 组的基础上加用黛力新进行治疗，对两组治疗总有效率以及不良反应发生情况进行对比分析。结果B 组治疗总有效率（90．24％）明显高于 A 组（65.85％），差异有统计学意义（χ2＝4．538，P ＜0．05）；两组在治疗过程中无严重不良反应出现，对两组不良反应发生率进行对比，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论黛力新应用于腹痛症状明显的 FGIDs 治疗能够取得令人满意的治疗效果，该药能够明显缓解腹痛症状，且安全性高，不会引起严重不良反应。Objective To study and analyze the effect of fluoride faction shouted tons melitracen sheet （Deanxit）on abdominal pain symptoms of functional gastrointestinal disorders （FGIDs）.Methods 82 patients with abdominal pain FGIDs were randomly divided into A group（n =40）and B group（n =42）.A group was given conven-tional treatment,group B was given deanxit treatment on the basis of A group.The treatment efficacy and the total inci-dence of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of group B （90.24%）was significantly higher than that in group A （65.85%）,the difference was statistically significant （χ2 =4.538,P 〈0.05）.There were no serious adverse reactions observed during treatment in the two groups,the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistically significant difference （P 〉0.05）.Conclusion Deanxit in the treatment of FGIDs can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect,the drug can significantly alleviate the symptoms,andit is safe and without serious side effects.
